NEJA's Art Walks stands for the New Electrifying Journeys through Art. We are the London-based Educational Art project with the passion for storytelling. We run an extensive program of London Art Walks and Online Art Walks, ‘everything you are wanted to know about art and more.’
Our goal is to show you fabulous art from a fresh angle, without any preconceived ideas. “Ask questions! Get excited! Let's talk about art in a way where no answer is too big, or too small, or too right, or too wrong!” is our motto. Instead of lecturing you using a list of dry biographical facts, we try to encourage you to trust your own eyes and instincts and think of art in a more personal way.
For the past few months, we have organised a number of Online Art Talks on a variety of topics, from the art of the Old Masters to the understanding of contemporary art and the fascinating stories of the art thefts and robberies. We also run free public Art Talks via Instagram Live and Clubhouse.
We post about art on a daily basis, both on our Instagram and Facebook accounts. We share stories about the forgotten and emerging artists, art made by women and minorities, we shine the light on the world of art auctions and gallery happenings, and on Sundays, we post our highly-acclaimed Art Crime Dispatches.
While the world’s borders and art galleries’ door remain closed, we remain committed to the art storytelling that is still exciting and accessible. With the help of technology and our Art Historians’ in-depth knowledge and sense of humour, we can bring these stories straight to your living room.
We would like to offer you an opportunity to become our Patron, you can choose between three types of the membership levels: Art Friend, Art Enthusiast or Art Lover. If you like what we are doing, please consider supporting our work and in return, we have came up with some exciting benefits for you to enjoy.
