Special St Valentine's Day Art and History Walk:

Arts in the City

12, 2, 4 pm

90 min

£70 per couple

Sculpture in the City is an annual sculpture festival. Every year, the City of London unveils a brand-new selection of artworks by internationally-acclaimed and emerging artists. Set amongst the iconic architecture of the City’s insurance district, the sculptures animate public spaces and engage visitors and passers-by alike.

We will walk in the footsteps of the famous 17th-century diarist Samuel Pepys, see the former sights of the Old Jewish Ghetto, the world's first corn exchange, learn about the Maypole Riot of 1532, the coffee shops that changed the course of the British economy and stop to admire the site of the East India Company's headquarters.

We will pass the sight old and new and talk about all things art, history and architecture. All socially distanced and totally safe, of course.
